Joycelyn Tate is a policy advocate focused on the intersectionality of civil rights, racial, and gender equity in the use of and access to technology. She is the co-founder of Make IT For Change Innovation Hub, a program that empowers youth and adults to create technology for social change, and the senior policy advisor at the Black Women's Roundtable.
