Stephanie Lipscomb is a native  Washingtonian, with 25-plus years in community banking. She has served on several boards, Open Arms Housing, Historic DuPont Circle Main Street and the High Tea Society. She served as the Chairwoman for the Community Investment Committee at Adams National Bank. She has also worked with the National Congress of Negro Women on Voting rights and the Equal Rights Amendment. Ms. Lipscomb  is married and lives in Maryland  with her  husband and three children.
